Candidates who have purchased more than 1 voucher may be eligible for a refund if any of the following applies:
- You purchased a 2nd voucher due to inability to change your profile and/or application data.
- You purchased a 2nd voucher due to incorrect spelling of your name, middle name not entered, name entered as initials, and first / last name entered in the wrong order.
If any of the above applies to you, please send an email to CAT.candidateservice@prometric.com with your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, admit card number, scanned copies of both vouchers and pay-in slips. Please mark the subject of the email as "Voucher Refund". We must receive all refund requests by October 16. Any refund requests received after October 16 will not be processed.
You will receive a response to your email within 10 business days.
