Yes! this is true You can use Google doc to create your contact me form without need to have knowledge about HTML or forms just use Easy user interface for your work and the best part is that you are the Boss here you can customize it according to your way to give it a personal effect to your web page.

So Lets Make Our Contact me Form:
1.Go to GoogleDocs.U might be asked to login to Google.
2. Add the fields in your Form according to your requirement.You can change the themes of your form if you want which totally depends on you.
3.Click on MoreAction then Embed to get the Code.It will be something like this.

Note: Donot use Above code this it will not Work.
4.Copy the link at the bottom of the page and make a note of it - this is the URL you'll need to link to if you want people to click on a link and fill in your form. If you want your readers fill in your form.

5.Set notifications rules.(how u will be notified whenever anyone fill your form).
6.Paste the code from step 3 in your blogger.
