Work on assignment/requirements as directed by the lead/manager
Sourcing & screening the candidates from various job boards like: Dice.com, Career Builder etc.
Telephonic interaction with sourced candidates, screening them & presenting them to client
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English
Self-motivated and team player.
Understand various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) & Visas (H1-B, GC…) – for exp. candidates
