• Sourcing relevant resumes from various sources within deadlines
• Headhunting - generating leads and converting them
• Phone interviewing candidates to verify their suitability
• Scheduling & coordinating interviews
• Consistently following up with candidates
• Counseling candidates
• Convincing candidates to accept offers and join
• Adhering to guidelines and standards 
• Following processes and procedures
• Market research and mapping

• Clear understanding of recruitment processes and techniques 
• Good understanding of skill terminologies, business models and roles in IT Industry 
• Good market intelligence 
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills 
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS Outlook and Internet
• Willing to experiment with new methodologies
