1.
All customers of General Plans including those who have migrated from other
plans to General Plan can migrate to Saral Anant Plan, using migration voucher
STV Rs.19/-
2. The customer on migration will be given a validity of 180 days from the date of migration irrespective of his balance validity which will not be counted.
3. Balance amount if any, in the earlier plan will be carried forward to the Saral Anant
Plan.
4. The customer will be migrated to the Saral Anant Plan (As per tariff of FRC15).
5. Existing boosters (if any) will not be carried forward on migration to General Plan.
6. The existing F&F facility of two numbers only under General plan will be carried over to the migrated Saral Anant plan.

How to migrate to General Plan from various plans in BSNL 2010
The customer of all prepaid plans under 2G can migrate to General Plan free of cost by just sending a SMS “MGEN” to 53733. The customer will be migrated to general prepaid plan. On migration, the customer will have validity/balance amount of the earlier plan subject to the following conditions.
1. If the balance validity available is less than 30 days, the same will be carried forward as new validity on migration to General plan.
2. If the balance validity is more than 30 days, the same will be restricted to 30 days only on migration to General plan.
3. The balance amount available for the customer in the earlier plan will be carried
Forward.
4. Existing boosters ( if any ) will not be carried forward on migration to General Plan.
5. For customers of plans in which F&F facility of only two numbers, the existing F&F facility will be carried over to the migrated General plan.
6. Customers of plans in which F&F facility for more than two numbers are eligible, the F&F facility will not be carried over automatically. Such customers should re-register for two numbers only under F&F. Customers may be instructed accordingl
